GENERAL
The following terms and conditions are valid between you and KEYIMU AB (org. no: 559518-9589) and apply to all use of and orders placed on KEYIMU’s website keyimu.com, and orders made by telephone or e-mail with KEYIMU’s customer service team (henceforth together: the “website”).
Please note that KEYIMU AB does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or available for purchase. KEYIMU reserves the right to stop selling a product at any time.
Use of KEYIMU’s online store is subject to acceptance of these terms. Disputes are settled in accordance with the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Without permission from a legal guardian, we do not deliver to persons under the age of 18.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for:

PRICES
- All prices displayed on keyimu.com include VAT (where applicable) in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage.
- Prices and delivery costs may vary from time to time. KEYIMU is not bound by the price until the order has been accepted by sending the shipping confirmation to you.
- KEYIMU reserves the right to cancel any order prior to acceptance. If payment has been received for a cancelled order, KEYIMU will refund the full amount.
- KEYIMU may cancel an order even if it has been accepted, if you realized or should have realized that the price information was incorrect.
DELIVERY
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.
- KEYIMU is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs.
- If a package is not collected and is returned to KEYIMU, we may charge a fee to cover shipping and handling costs.
RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL
- Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the goods are received, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act.
- Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- To initiate a return, please contact customer@keyimu.com.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at customer@keyimu.com.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items and provide a replacement or full refund.
PRIVACY POLICY
KEYIMU values your privacy and handles personal data according to GDPR. Information is only used to process orders, manage customer relationships, and for marketing with customer consent. Personal data will never be sold to third parties.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be settled by negotiation. If not resolved, disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the competent court of law in Sweden.
